DiecastShowcase lets collectors catalog, organize, and share diecast collections. Features may change over time.

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
4. User Content and License
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant DiecastShowcase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content for platform operation.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not post unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content; impersonate others; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with platform operations.
6. Moderation and Termination
We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts for Terms violations, security issues, legal requirements, or harmful behavior.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
